Having pain in stomach left side as well as pain in back. Ultrasound done and found 2 stones having size of 7.8mm and 6.2mm

Get an  urine examination to look for infection,get an IVP or CT-IVP to look for function of left kidney affected. Medical or endoscopic treatment as per investigation findings. Sympotamatic medical  teatment meanwhile can be taken with antispasmodics,alkalizer,weak diuretics. Consult urologist in vicinity for exact doses after clinical examination
