Today done abdominal scanning after suffering from kidney area pain for last one week. Radialigist suggested me to consult urologist urgently. Kindly suggest next course of action I should take. My scanning report attached

It is renal stone,  need to be treated surgically by PCNL, . It will increase in size gradually, Get IVP/CT done and treated
