Kidney stone and UTI

I have a kidney stone between 5-6mm stucked and not able to flush it out even after consuming fluids at regular interval of time and just got the urine test done which says ph is 7 And PUS Cells range from 4-6 which causes UTI i guess.. Probably due to the infection i am suffering through a mild fever every alternate day.. please help.
