5mm calculus in right upper ureter just 5cm below the pelviuritric junction. Can it go without surgery and any medicine for same please sujjest.

Wait and watch... Take more liquids.. Pain killers for pain.. Repeat imaging (xray/ USG/CT scan)  later on to confirm its presence  or change of position. It will come down into bladder and may pass out in urine.. Observe while passing urine..
Next Steps
if pain increases.. consult urologist nearby
