Both kidneys are normal in size, and axis. Left pelvicalyceal systems is mildly dilated. A calculus of size approx 5x 4 mm (~1040 HU ) is seen in left distal ureter approx 1 cms proximal to the left VUJ causing mild upstream hydroureteronephrosis with e/o mild periureteric fat stranding. Tiny non obstructive 1.5 mm concretion is seen in left kidney middle calyx. The lower pole of the both the kidneys are uniting in the middle forming isthmus of thickness 16 mm, anterior to the aorta and

Small left lower ureter calculi It is mostly pass on it's own However if symptoms of persistent pain and fever present you might require endoscopic intervention Don't neglect it

t.levoflox 500 mg once x7 t.veltam 0.4 mg once daily night x5 days syp Potrate 2 TSP TDS with glass of water X 5 days
