Kidney Stone 11mm, 3cm from PUJ(Male)

My husband got diagnosed with Kidney Stones. It's 11mm in size and 3cm from the PUJ. Please advise what we need to do. Medicines and try to push it out or go for surgery.

U can try medical management..but it's less likely to pass...if u want I can prescribe u the medical management...get back if he is in pain...
