Kidney problem
Right kidney is low in position and it shows hydronephrotic change with gross dilatation of renal pelvis -it appear to be due to pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction
Well,you must send me ultrasonography report, urine for routine examination and microscopic examination reports. PUJ obstruction occurs due to some pathology. It needs further assessment. You may also take only diuretics as lasix 40mg once daily after breakfast. Measure blood pressure before taking it. If your b.p is lower than 100/70mmHg, consider for consulting with any nephrologist or urologist urgently.
