A pain start in my kidney and goes to heart slowly slowly and then stop Automatically after 5 to 6 minutes. It repeat twice a Day amd also when I laugh or speak loudly

Get clinical physical examination done by a general physician.a basic ultrasonography of the abdomen may also be done to look for any abnormaity.treatment as per clinical evaluation and diagnosis
