My father cerum creatinine is 1.68 , no side effects. His  night urine output is more than day's output. He is a diabetes patient. Please suggest me what can do..

Long term diabetic patient Can have kidney disease becuz of diabetes Even diabetic patient can have other types of kidney disease He needs detail evaluation to see if diabetes has damaged the kidneys or if ter is any other kidney disease
