I am Sudipta Paul from last 4 days I am faceing some problem my feet and ankel swelling, my food habite also change. For that particular I alrady test my creatinine level and its showing high 5.95. urine is not coming properly even stool also. I am now confused and tensed what to do? I am also a patient heart & diabetic. Anyone please give me a solution. I am sharing my report , Please..
