My  Mother is 50 years old having swelling in legs and face recently.now she has dumbness in leg and also having severe back pain.is it need to worry about kidney functioning? She also feels less or no urine during urination.she also has black motion recently and also stomach upset lik diareha.she cant hold .urine test is enough for kidney renal functioning?sugaralbumin in urine and urea and creatinir in urie is enough to prove kidney healthy functioning.suggest any remedies
