USG report shows bilateral pleural effusion with ascites and renal parenchymal changes Patient has previous history of heart failure and kidney failure What does the report suggest ? Complications ?

It's says that the patient has lot of fluid retention, if the kidneys are failed, serum creatinine would be higher than normal. She may require dialysis. The problem can be compounded with heart failure. So she can become very sick and these issues could be life threatening
