Kidney cyst with internal haemorrhage & stone in ureter. At present no pain but blood in urine Doctors suggested nothing for cysts & surgery for stone removal. pls advise

A stone is struck in your left proximal ureter, it causes pain, hydronephrosis, and potential kidney damage. Surgery is necessary in this case. However, surgery is not required for the cyst, as there is a high likelihood that the hemorrhage within the cyst will resolve on its own.
