Hello doctor my brother is 22 juvenile diabetic has diagnosed with kidneycreatinine wich is above normal its 4.5 as on 12 august previously it was 2.4 Kindly guide

Consult a neurologist ,rising of creatinine in a diabetic patient may be multifactorial. One has to try to find out infection,degree of exertion,comorbidities,drug intake and diabetic status
