I have Ultrasound scanning due to my creatinine showing 1.5 mg/dl. 1. grade 1 bilateral renal parenchymal changes. Is there any chance to reduce these changes what it shows in Ultrasound scanning. How to reduce creatinine

Do a repeat usg done. If creatinine is normal now(1.1), u don't hav to worry about renal parenchymal changes..keep following up creat every few months

Hi What is the creatinine trend in last 3 months? Any urine analysis report available? Creatinine can be stabilised only if cause is known. Normal creatinine and grade 1 changes can be ignored. Echotexture of kidney can be found raised even when one is dehydrated. However elevated creatinine of 1.5 at age 24 with above mentioned ultrasound changes could be significant.
