Kidney biopsy report
Dear Doctor
My father recently underwent kidney biopsy and the report says that Features are of Mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis, morphologically favouring IgA Nephropathy (HAAS Class IV; Oxford classification M1E0SOTO -CO).
Please see the report and my father is worried about that and they are given a tablet and said to come back after 15 days and I have enclosed report also

The biopsy report is indicative of IgA Nephropathy needs to be confirmed with IF.
Secondly biopsy features seem benign (good prognosis). But need more details to comment on prognosis.
