The above bone marrow picture is suspicious of plasma cell neoplasm likely multiple myeloma.
I would like to know the percentage of plasma cells in the bone marrow picture ?Also increase rouleaux formation is seen in multiple myeloma.Require further clinical details to arrive at a diagnosis.
