Kideny Failure

My father 63 years old is suffering from kideny disease having Creatnine as 6.3 and urea is 52. Hi is taking the below medicines. 1.phostat 2. Folite 3. Nodosis 4. elixir negidide syrup 5. Almokind 5mg Could you please prescribe any other medicine which can cure the disease. Please suggest if any alternatives. Thanks a lot.
