My kid is not speaking even though he is 2 years 10 months old. Wanted to know if there is anything wrong and what needs to be done in order to make him talk

Is his hearing normal? Is his developmental milestones Normal?  What is his birth history any history of birth asphyxia or hypoglycemia etc he needs detailed evaluation if all parameters are normal will need speech therapy get him checked by pediatrician
