Multiple non specific MESENTRIC lymphadenitis ate common in paediatric age group. That presents with crampy pain abdomen many time associated with nausea or vomiting which may stay for some moment/ day and then suddenly goes off. Need not to worry if there is no significant loss of weight / appetite. You can Deworm ( syrup Zentel). Causes many times are VIRAL adenitis. Feel free to ask any further quary related to this. TAKE CARE.
