My daughter is 11yrs old and is not able to sleep. She tries but cannot sleep unless I give her a pill which I don't want to do everyday. She us only able to sleep for 2-3 hours every night

hello there. which pill are you giving? and who prescribed? consult a psychiatrist for her. don't make her dependant on pills and don't do self medication. regards
