My brother has kertoconous his left eye vision with spax 6/12 and right eye 6/6 and k max is 58 d and right eye 55 d thickness 421 and 444 micron what he can possiblity of t cat laser or trek with c3r

Since corneal thickness is less than 450 microns, trek with c3R will be possible. These are newer procedures, so you should discuss things with your operating surgeon and have realistic expectations from the procedure.
