Keratosis pharyngis in throat wall

The white spot is not on the tonsils but in the throat wall at the back side... So can keratosis pharyngis occure at the back on  the throat wall? I am attaching pictures to show the location... Can keratosis pharyngis occure in this place as in the picture? Is it normal can it be in throat wall it's not on the tonsils that is what worries me.. Can it occure in throat wall?

its looking more of granular pharyngitis..

Picture you have attached shows whitish lesions in the posterior pharyngeal wall. It looks like granular pharyngitis. Usually caused by reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder or post nasal discharge syndrome. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks
