Have you get it examined by an ophthalmologist before referring it as keratoconus. If not please do. And if it is keratoconus then corneal crosslinking is an option. There are other options too as per patients requirement and condition. That your ophthalmologist will tell you after examination.
Other problems seem to be like allergic conjunctivitis. For which you can use olopatadine and ketorolac eye drops thrice daily along with lubricant eye drops three times daily. If discharge is also present use moxicip eye ointment twice daily for 5 days.
