Hello doctor My one year kid kept his hand unknowingly in heat vessel. Am applying coconut oil in that place. Is that enough. Shall I apply any other thing?? Attached his hand picture.

This looks like a 2 degree superficial burn. It heals on it's own in 7-10 days provided it doesn't get infected. My advise would be to apply some antibiotics ointment on it to prevent such infection.

after it heals, use sunscream for 3months to prevent hyperpigmentation.
