I had keloids developed 4-5 years back on my ear post piercing. I got it removed by a surgery from a plastic surgeon and got couple of steroid injections to get rid of it. I have one small keloids developed on my chest after chicken pox. Can I do permanent tattoo ? Are there any chances for a risk
