Keloid scar after surgery

I underwent a mole removal surgery after which I had 4 stitches in that area..now that the wound is healed it has formed a keloid. What should I do so as to get rid of this?

Intralesional steroid injections, once in 3 weeks will help in flatenning of the keloid
