Hello.. Well sir 23 mm is too much to help you with the help of medicines ..I would suggest you to consult an urologist and get eswl if it's kidney stone or urs and stenting if it's in the ureter ...The operation would cost you around 30000 ..Depends on the set up of hospital...Thank you
