Stone size 2.9 cm or 23 mm in my left kwdney, too much pain, urin not clear properly. I have problem since 8 month

It is big stone in kidney, better to operate it. stone less than 6mm no need to operate, but size more than 6 mm should operate. 23mm stone increase further problem hydronephrosis, kidney function deranged. take lot of water to decrease pain, take injection if pain is severe.
