Kayam  churna is strong laxative It should not be used post hysterectomy surgery,it can create problem.. Take fiber rich diet Plenty of fluids Isabgol preparation Tab Dulcoflex 2 tab at bed time with milk. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid stress.
