Since 3 years we dont kids. My husband result shows zero count so doctor suggested IVF and prescribe karyotyping test. I have enclosed report kindly tell what reports says please

It does suggest some genetic abnormality. However it's not very clear, what kind. You should meet a genetic counselor. Female partner should do karyotyping too
