Hi , I am having thyroid , mild pcos and Iam bit over weight .. so on fertility meds Letrozole from cd3-cd7.. also planning to take kanchnar guggul as it is said to be helpful.. will it really help me in conception and weight loss and is it safe? If yes can I continue it for a month or stop after ovulation ..
