JOINT PAINS WHICH USUALLY SEVERES AT NIGHTS MAINLY SMALL JOINTS OF WRIST,FEET BUT ALSO SHOULDER ANKLE STARTS SLOWLY WITH LOW INTENSITY OF PAIN AND THEN IT BECOMES SEVERE THROUGH OUT THE DAY AND SOMETIMES JOINT CANT EVEN BE MOVED...I HAVE DIAGNOISED WITH ANTI CCP ANTIBODY LEVELS 200 UNITS AND NORMAL IS LESS THAN 5
