My husband had detected with dengue IgG n IgM positive he was admitted as platelets was too low after 6 days dengue was negative n platelets was also increasing n no fever but he was complaining of joint pain n now after 15 -20 days he is detected with chikungunyaIgM positive n complaining of joint pain what should be done medications are on

Hello, if I understood you correctly your concern is joint pain, joint pain is common in Chikungunya. It may persist for months even after fever and Chikungunya treatment. Nothing to worry at present. You can give Paracetamol 650mg to your husband for pain and continue treatment for Chikungunya.
