Joint pain at waist + typhoid +prostate

Suffering from joint pain at rt side of waist since a month... Just like a sprain or chatak or chatka. It was started with a mild fever and urination problem. As per the recent utrasono, I'm the 1st grade prostate patient. But this waist sprain is continuously troubling me with higher or lower degrees. Recent widal test.. dilution 1/320 & suffering from typhoid!!! What about d pain? Any cause to be worried about? What medication can give me relief from this intolerable pain immediately?
