Since 5 years I am working in Forest Department so many things that are the best thing to me about knee pain.

Pain on knee if symoatomatic , like associated with pain or instability while walking requires further investigation in the form of x-ray and MRI scan . If no pain or instability you can ignore ,, asymptomatic click sounds do not warrant any treatment.
