Joint issue in little finger

Hi, I am having joint problem in the little finger of right hand. In the X-ray report it's written that replacement of the joint. The accident occurred 3 weeks ago. The pictures of the X-ray film and reports taken yesterday only are attached. Please suggest me the best idea for recovery. Thanks. Sanjeev.
