Joint inflamation alongwith acxumulatiom

Inflamation of joint in both the legs and in ability to walk. There has been a constan pain when squating. Omce a doctor removed a fluid that had accimulated in the right leg and now the same problem had gone to the left joint un the leg. I have been to a medication for quite some time but there has been no relief.

sorry to hear about your condition......mostly you are suffering from arthritis. ....its a joint condition . ..and in this condition squatting is not allowed .....even though if you need to squat , physio has to reduce the end range swelling and friction that causes fluid to accumulate in joint causing pain... for your left joint pain you need to immediately visit a physio who with advanced manipulations will reduce your swelling and strengthen your joint ....please note removing fluid from joints has many secondary issues involved with it which can aggrevate the pain causing irreversible damage so please undergo physio a non invasive method for relieving joint pain
