Have a bad rash and ring worms near the groin area. It's itchy and burns a lot. Have been applying dermi5 cream but that has not helped.

You seem to be having fungus infection. Please avoid applying dermi 5 cream as it will worsen the infection.

Please keep the area dry. If you sweat a lot, you  can take bath twice a day. you have to seek dermatologist help for your condition.

Please complete the treatment prescribed by dermatologist. With antifungal creams you will have immediate relief, but if you  stop the treatment it might recur again.
