Suffering from jock itching, between the legs around my private part it's getting wet and fugual, the area is red and got pimples around and on it, it's itching and paining a lot plz suggest some cream that cures and dry it

Just cream wont work. You need antifungal tabs too,so take terbinafine 250mg once daily for 2 weeks. For itching have levocetrizine tab at bedtime. Apply sertaconazole cream at bedtime and antifungal powders after bath. Wear cotton clothes preferably. Loose weight if your overweight. Check your sugar levels.
