Thanks for the query. Treatment of such cases is becoming increasingly difficult due to rampant usage of antifungals. Self medications have created a havoc. However meet a Dermatologist who will assess the situation and make a diagnosis. Treatment can then be initiated . You may need a oral medication plus some creams to apply.
