I have used medicines for jock itch but it not cured .from past 3days I'm applying neem and mustard paste.can neem cure jock itch??

Wash with warm neem water, apply Mahamarichyadi oil in day or antifungal cream ,dust Mycoderm powder or, take Cap Majistha ( Himalaya drug) 1 bid only topical application is not sufficient ,u can also wash with apple cider vinegar diluted with water Also
