I had jock itch for the past 4 5 months. I took all the precautions like taking shower after gym and changing undergarments regularly. I consulted 2 doctors and was on zing 250 mg and applied Ritch for the past two months. It got okay but two days after i left the medicine it started to devlop again and even got worse. It has spread to inner thigh.
