Jock itch, forcyde spots on scrotum

I've been suffering this itchy feeling in the groin area when my glans got infected from toilet bowl bacteria. my body temperature increases when from sleep or at dusk. I have this for almost three weeks. Whenever I don't apply any topical on the affected, I feel like I have a fever. And have also white spots on the scrotum, is it Forcyde spots?
