Class 2 is genetic. The correct treatment is surgery. However surgery is frightening to most people. Second best option is Braces which will create a somewhat acceptable outcome in appearance but the jaw positions will remain unchanged. If you have a good Surgeon available then surgery and pre and post operative Orthodontics is the best way to go.

Consult a good orthodontist who will guide you. You need OPG X-ray and lateral cepphalogram X-ray.
