You need to work out the reason for jaw clenching in the first place. The most common reasons are :
- Stress
- Inappropriate sitting of teeth (dentist will help)

How to relieve stress:
-Listen to calming and fun songs.
-Watch sitcoms
-Exercise (atleast go for short walk)
- Walk bearfoot on the beach once in 2 weeks
-Think about something nice like smiling
babies or puppies
- Have a positive attitude, whatever comes your way you can handle it much better than most people out there!
