The questions is Really I donot need another sergery to take out titanium screws?

Your doctor is right, no Need to go for removal if you are asymptomatic. If you have any problem in future, then Visit a Maxillofacial surgeon for consultation.

Generally removal of titanium plates and screws are not required. If the plates get infected or you have any problem removal is required.

Titanium is a material that has a unique property called Osseointegration. It is a biocompatible material that integrates with the bone. In addition to fractures, titanium is also used commonly as Dental Implant which is used to replace missing teeth. It stays in the body for long. So if you're not suffering any infection in the surrounding area, then there is no need for a surgery. Over all these years the titanium screws must have been well integrated into your bone.
Health Tips
Had they been stainless steel screws you would have required to remove it for sure. But in case of titanium, it is not required
