For Jaundice first we have to find out cause whether it is obstructive or non obstructive and start treatment accordingly. But for now you can take Jaundex syrup 1 Tsf full three times a day.
Herbal medicine like punarnva, bhumiamalki etc can be beneficial also ,but do not consume without proper consultation.

For deranged Vit B12 level please take if you are vegetarian, almonds , low fat milk ,dates, pistachios, apple,etc means improve your dietary food habits.
Drugs like Shatavri And Brahmi can be beneficial but doesn't take without proper consultation.

Do not eat garm tasir food and fruits.
Add beatroot in your salad.
Drink daily pomegranate juice.
