Jaundice, after 16 hours photo therapy

Jaundice, after 16 hrs of PT, serum bilirubin is 10.3 from 11.8. No fever today, paracetamol discontinued, cefixime is continue. Please advise me the right medical course of action. I am mentally and financially distressed. Please help with better hospitals near south west delhi (Jaffarpur Kalan).

No need to panic...if baby feeding well... can ask for discharge...if not shift to a Government Paediatric set up.
