It's my 7 week completed but my sac is 5 mm with no heartbeat.doctor told me to wait for 1 week before abortion.is there any hope .what should I do???

If your  periods  are irregular, there can be a possibility  of  wrong dates.Pregnancy grows in due course.Do the scan after a week.
